The Beatles Fan

This is a doll for my friend Sally who is a lifelong Beatles fan. This doll is about 18" tall and all fabric (except for the yarn hair). I dressed her as a Catholic school girl in honor of Sally.

My Hoffman Challenge Doll

This is my entry for the Hoffman Challenge this year. As usual, I didn't leave enough time to finish the way I wanted to and still get her mailed in time for the deadline. The challenge fabric is the leaf motif on her vest. I called her "Bluebird" for the little bird she is carrying.

My Steampunk Creation

I took a class at the AFICC Conference with Michele Lynch and made this wild girl. It was lots of fun and if you like this look, check out Michele's work here.

Here is the latest doll. She's ready to sweep the floor, with her little mouse friend to keep her company!

Some heads in progress

I have been working on some different heads - one old "reject" fabric sculpted head and two sculpted out of Darwi clay. Not sure what they will become, but I will keep posting as they develop.
